淳少恒

个人简历

淳少恒,现为无锡职业技术大学集成电路学院讲师,江苏省双创博士,江苏省技术能手,江苏省工信厅专家。分别于2021年在东南大学获得博士学位。主要从事地球物理仪器设计研究,分布式算法、协作源定位和巡航算法研究。在《IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology》、《International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control》和《Applied Sciences》等国际SCI期刊上发表论文6篇,在国际EI会议上发表论文2篇。主持/参与纵向项目江苏省高校自科面上项目1项,江苏省“双创博士”基金项目1项,“太湖之光”科技攻关(基础研究)1项、江苏省高等学校基础科学(自然科学)研究重大项目1项和江苏省高校科技创新团队项目1项,主持/参与横向项目三项。长期担任《Journal of Applied Geophysics》和《地球物理学进展》审稿人。

研究方向

地球物理仪器设计研究,分布式算法,协作源定位和巡航算法研究。

张彦芳

个人简历

张彦芳,2008年获河南大学微电子学与固体电子学专业获硕士学位,2019年获南京大学电子科学与技术专业博士学位。2008年至今就职于无锡职业技术大学,现任该校集成电路学院副教授。主要进行宽禁带半导体的材料制备与器件研制,在Journal of Physical Chemistry C、Optics express等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,发明专利授权5项,主持国家自然科学基金专项1项、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究重大项目1项、江苏省产学研项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、江苏省高等学校自然科学面上项目2项,获河南省科学技术进步一等奖1项,江苏省高校“青蓝工程”骨干教师培养对象。

研究方向

方珂,2025年毕业于西安电子科技大学,获电子科学与技术专业博士学位。主要从事光电传感、能源转换器件等方面的研究。目前已在Small、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy等期刊上发表SCI论文数篇。

陈泉桦,汉族,1997年8月出生,江苏南通人,于2025年获得南京邮电大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2025年8月入职于无锡职业技术大学,现工作于集成电路学院。以第一或者共一作者身份在Applied Physics Letters,Advanced Electronic Materials,Journal of Physics Chemistry Letters,IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等期刊发表论文5篇,共参与SCI论文发表十余篇,并担任《SCIENCE CHINA Materials》期刊审稿人。
